I have needed overnight underwear for to many years.
I tried numerous I repeat numerous brands over countless sleepless nights .
Telling myself I can’t do this anymore!
I can share the fact there is no better! ,
Before I complete my order I’m going to check if there is anything else I can try.
Just to share I oftentimes use them during the day.

Excellent product! I had been making do with pads, but had many leaks. I was reluctant to go to disposable underwear because of the disposal problems and embarrassment. However, the Security Plus underwear is very comfortable to wear, did not leak after 12 hours of activity. Disposing of them in a medium size kitchen plastic bag is not so hard. The cost is comparable to the number of pads I was using. I will go on a subscription plan.
