I sure wish that I didn't need to use shields. But, I do. And since, if I want to keep my trousers dry throughout the day, I certainly require assistance. In the past 15 years I've tried all shapes and sizes. Finally, I saw an ad for the Secure Shield Male Guard. I studied it and believed that it may be what I've been looking for. I figured the worst that could happen was that I would purchase something that was just like all of the others. But, I would never know unless I tried them out. After the very first shield that I tried I was convinced and sold. For me and my needs, there are no better shields than Essentials 360 Secure Shield Male Guards.

I have been using the Depends guards and the Essentials 360 guards. So far I have not noticed and significant difference between the two products. Both are of good quality and do the intended job. The Essentials 360 guards clams they have a larger capacity, however I have not had reason to test the capacity. For me the choice would come down to cost per unit, which I have not evaluated as yet.

Very good product with excellent absorbent material. Much better than Walmart products. The only difficulty I was ordering on line. It is better to call to arrange delivery schedule.

The male guards are very effective in stopping occasional leakages overnight. The guards stay in place effectively. Though I have found that the guards are more effective when the sticky back is not used to hold the guards to underwear. Overall pleased with the product. Now if pricing could be less, I would be more pleased.
